Digital Services Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible for Refund

  • Service has not yet been started.
  • Order was duplicated by mistake.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service requirements.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Completed digital services.
  • Change of mind after project work has begun.
  • Delays caused by the client failing to provide required information, content, or feedback.
  • Services delivered according to the agreed specifications.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
