Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements.
• Supply necessary content and information promptly.
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

Payments

• Payment must be made according to the selected package or agreed quotation.
• Custom projects may require partial or full upfront payment.
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, frameworks, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
